Sideboard by Maxalto – Antonio Citterio Furniture Designs

The Mida sideboard is designed by Antonio Citterio for Maxalto. Different configurations of storage rest on steel skirting of nickel or black polished chrome or bronze. The sideboard has doors which rotate outwards two-hundred-and-seventy degrees and different internal accessories. The doors close either the two central or outer compartments. This sideboard is a part of a collection which includes cabinets, chest of drawers and beautiful glass panel bookcases. Formula for success equals Antonio Citterio plus Maxalto.

Modern Designer Sideboards by Willisau

The Arte sideboard collection is designed by Rainer Bachschmied for Willisau. An architectural solution with a striking design, Arte by Willisau defies the norm with its modern design and extremely functional demeanor. With simple and clean lines, it’s an architectural metamorphosis intended to give meaning and identity to the room, defining a space without jarringly harsh contrasts or interruptions. It’s a type of furniture that shows that you really care. The Arte will work well in a living room beside your lounger as a sort of coffee table or in your dining room.

Sideboards by bower – Designer Dining Room Furniture

These sideboards are designed by Eric Degenhardt for bower. They are beautiful and minimalist pieces of dining/living room furniture with a brilliant graphical design. As you can notice from the images below, the fronts are sloping. The corpus, placed on a .6m grid, is embraced by a fine, .6cm thin encasement that reduces the massive appearance. The grid is giving the option – it is available with either doors, drawers or a combo of a couple of doors, a single drawer and a single open storage compartment. These Eric Degenhardt’s sideboards are resting effortless on slender legs to let it even more appear in a light and almost floating way.

Modern White Sideboard by Casamania – Modular Storage Furniture

Famous designer Alain Gilles from Brussels, Belgium has created this ultra-practical modern sideboard for Casamania Italy. Named the Container Sideboard, it has a wooden plinth underneath differently sized boxes, filing trays, drawers and foldout cabinets. And what makes this piece of modular storage furniture so unique is that all of these elements can be easily reconfigured. According to the designer, this sideboard is: “really a research on deconstruction and reconstruction.” And we couldn’t agree more!
