Lightweight Furniture by Bram Greenen

The Light Room by Bram Greenen seems truly amazing for quite a few reasons. Perhaps the most obviously has to do a lot with its all white design. However it’s one other one-of-a-kind feature which makes us think of a quite heavenly room – this design project got its name due to its weightlessness appearance of furniture. Believe it or not the whole project weighs only 16.5lbs. That’s great especially having in mind that it’s made out of 5 pieces. This project uses materials including Dyneema®, Kevlar, silk and aluminum in order to reduce energy consumption throughout manufacturing process as well as transportation, and also to minimize the use of materials without sacrificing design. We give it full five stars!
